Most of our activities – leading projects and conducting workshops -- are devoted to inventing things that improve your profits. We treat advisory services as a separate type of engagement, where the goal is not so much inventing solutions, but improving your innovation practice.

The main advantage we bring is broad and deep exposure to best practices used by the most innovative companies in the world. There may be new approaches, new strategies, new methods and new tools that can produce superior results for you. We can introduce these elements to your organization.

How Does It Work?
We will structure an engagement according to your priorities and constraints. Typically, this will involve a retainer for a certain number of consulting days over a fixed period of time. During these consulting days, based on mutual agreement, we may study your existing practices, act as a sounding board for your ideas, conduct research to provide a basis for wise business decisions, lead interactive sessions with your team, write reports and presentations to communicate our findings and recommendations, and any other tasks that will enhance your innovation efforts.

What Kind of Organization Should Use Your Advisory Services?
We believe that our advisory services are not appropriate for most organizations. We prefer to work on high-value innovation challenges that will directly improve the bottom line. However, two types of enterprises may prefer the advisory services model:

  • Organizations that are already strong in innovation and want to stay at the top of their game. These groups usually do not need an extensive intervention. Often, just the addition of a fresh, outside perspective can sharpen the skills of the organization and fill in any minor gaps in their capabilities.

  • Organizations that are not sure whether to embark on an innovation journey. A senior consultant can help the promoters and top managers to decide whether and how it might make sense for the organization to move forward.

How Much Does it Cost?
Professional fees for advisory services are based on our daily consulting rate. Significant discounts apply for long-term retainers. Taxes and expenses are additional. We have consultants at several levels, and we are committed to delivering advisory services that will meet your needs while staying within your budget.
